Once you have completed the sale for Collection

1. Your Order will be processed by our web team.
2. You will receive an email confirming the date of when your item will be ready for collection.

You must produce the following documents when collecting instore.
1. Photo ID ( Only passport or drivers licence will be accepted)
2. A copy of your confirmation email when collecting instore for verification purposes.
3. items collected will be signed for as collected

Goods will not be handed out if the above conditions are not met.

If you require a 3rd party to collect your items they will need items 1 and 2 above and prior arrangements have to be made with the store manager. 

A confirmation telephone call will also be made to the cardholder for verification of collection.
Telfords retain the right to hold goods where applicable.
